Creative Photoshop Project

This is the Creative Photoshop Project I made. I took a picture of ESPN's College Gameday and put my head and the 2 football helmets in it. I used the Gradient tool to make a border and made the text red and blue and silver and purple because those are the colors of KSU and KU. I then changed a bit by using a text effect that bulged the text.

The Awesome Me Blog on Glogster

Glogster.com is a site I used to make another blog. This is a blog all about me and stuff I like, such as my favorite sports teams and things I enjoy doing. Here is the blog-

Pros and Cons of Facebook

Facebook is definitely one the most popular websites on the internet, with millions of users. Here are some pros and cons of using Facebook.

Pros-
Can share things with friends from your computer.   
Another way to communicate.                                  
Can talk to people who live far away from you.        

Cons- 
Lack of privacy.
Very hard to completely remove yourself from it.
If you say something you don't mean, anyone can see it.

I personally am a Facebook user. I usually check Facebook a couple of times a day, and don't post much. I personally think it is fine to use and can be fun as long as you make sure to be careful what you post.

Landscapes

These are the 2 landscapes I made. The first one is the one I did on my own, I put a lot of crazy stuff in it, a beach ball, swimmers, a volcano, and a football field. The second one is the one that edulaunch guided me through.

Light-Saber Project

This is a photo of me that I edited with Photoshop. As you can see it appears that I am holding a light-saber. I am actually holding a yard-stick, but with Photoshop I was able to make the yard-stick white, blur it to make it glow, and add color to it. I also changed the color of my skin, to make myself look a bit like an alien. I also used the lasso tool to color the bottom part of the light-saber black for the handle.

GoAnimate

I made a funny presidential debate animated video at goanimate.com. I made fun of some of the characteristics of the candidates and also made fun of the whole situation.

PicMonkey

This is the photo I edited of Justin Bieber. I used the site picmonkey.com to do it. They have a lot of interesting tools you can use to make funny or even creepy images. I used some things like demon eyes, a witch hat, and a lot of the skin-altering tools to make Justin look much creepier and a lot different.

Alien Me

My Alien Picture

I think my alien picture turned out pretty well. I used the color balance tool through the image tab to make my hair, skin, and teeth look different. I used the smudge tool to make my horns and the liquify tool to make my teeth look weird. To make my eyes glow I used the lens flare option from the filter tab. I really like how my alien came out, I look pretty scary!

Photo Story Project

I did my Photo Story project on the city of London, which is the capital of England. I picked London because I have been there and it is a really awesome place. It was also easy to get pictures because I used my own that I took when I was there. I really think Sony Music Studio is a really cool program. It can allow anyone, even someone with no experience with music, to create a track they like. I also enjoyed using Photo Story because it can make something your photos more entertaining. It also could be used instead of a PowerPoint to give information on something. 

Photoshop Underwater Scene

This is a picture I edited in Photoshop. I added in the yellow and blue fish, as well as the diver, treasure chest, and submarine. I decreased the opacity in the submarine, scuba diver, and the yellow fish because it made the picture look more realistic. I put all these things in to make the picture more exciting.

 These are some things I created on bighugelabs.com. I like the movie poster I made the best because I think it is pretty funny, I also like the magazine I made because I am making fun of famous artists even though I know they have created amazing things.

Wordle and Tagxedo

You can use Wordle and Tagxedo for many different purposes. You can use it to make a desktop background or a profile picture for something like facebook. You can use it for fun to make cool art. You could also use it in a presentation for a business. They are great ways to make art from color, design, and words.

My tagxedo I made about the Barclays Premier League, which is a soccer league in England.
